… you bastards! :) After reading your pages repeatedly a few weeks ago and Joining an MMA stable (MMA will be a future post for sure), I’m now training 5 times a week most weeks. My fitness and stamina has gone through the roof, my muscle mass has increased, I’m shifting some old weight and most importantly my martial arts is improving (well… I’m getting a bit more used to getting tapped out every 30 seconds! Bloody grappling, why have I neglected to train you properly with non-compliant partners that outweigh and out skill me!!)

So really; thank you for your website and mostly the example you guys set by your actions.

Fuck it - train!
